This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or service adjustment for consultation packages and styling services purchased through our website or in-person arrangements.

We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received, we encourage you to reach out to our team so we can work together to find a suitable resolution.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the consultation or styling service you received, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the service date. We will review your concerns carefully and work to find a fair resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session, a revised service plan, or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Our goal is to ensure that every client feels the value of the service they received. We take all feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our offerings and the experience we deliver to every client.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery. The following guidelines apply:

3.1 Consultation Sessions (Virtual or In-Person)

  • Full refund is available if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation date
  • A 50% refund may be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours before the session
  • No refund is available for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session or for no-shows without prior notice
  • If our consultant is unable to attend the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost

3.2 Interior Greenery Styling Services

  • A refund of 75% of the service fee is available if cancellation is requested before the on-site assessment has been conducted
  • After the on-site assessment, a 50% refund may be issued if the design proposal has not yet been finalized
  • Once the design proposal has been approved and plant sourcing has begun, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Costs for plants and materials that have already been purchased on your behalf are non-refundable

3.3 Annual Wellness Programs

  • Annual programs may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a prorated refund based on services already rendered
  • After 30 days, the remaining sessions will be honored but no monetary refund will be issued
  • Unused sessions from annual programs cannot be transferred to another person or rolled over to a new subscription period

4. How to Request a Refund

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 10 business days. Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges and Rescheduling

If you prefer to reschedule your consultation or switch to a different service package rather than request a refund, we are happy to accommodate. Rescheduling requests can be made at no additional cost when communicated at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Package upgrades or downgrades may result in a price adjustment that will be communicated to you before any changes are finalized.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Our team is flexible and willing to work with you to find a convenient alternative time or service option that fits your needs.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Plants and physical materials that have been ordered or delivered on your behalf as part of a styling project
  • Custom soil mixes, planters, or accessories specifically sourced for your project
  • Gift cards or promotional credit purchased or redeemed through our website
  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed to the agreed-upon specifications

7. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate your concern by writing to us at our office address. Please include all relevant documentation, including your original request and any correspondence with our team. We will review escalated complaints within 15 business days and provide a final written response.

We value open communication and are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Our team will always work in good faith to find a fair and reasonable outcome for all parties involved.
